We had a very
enjoyable time at your home. The house was stocked with everything
necessary to enjoy our vacation. I understand you recently switched to
the new management company. We were quite impressed with their response
to all of our concerns. In the past we have rented numerous properties
and this is one of the few management companies that really seemed to do
their job well. The web site link to your properties will be going in our
"bookmarks/favorites" on our browser page.

Thank-you so much! We had a wonderful time in your glorious home in
Florida. All eleven of us were very comfortable. Your home has
every amenity one could wish for. We all were speechless upon arrival -
although your internet site is absolutely accurate, it still somehow
didn't seem to do your home justice.
Seeing is believing. All
said and done, our time there was absolutely fantastic.
While we were staying there, a gentleman came to the door inquiring
about how to contact you. He
told us that he wanted to reserve your home for 1 month.
(We do hope that he doesn't book February every year, as we would
like to visit your home again sometime.)
Once again, thanks very much. We really had a hard time going back to
the
ice and snow.

My 81 year old grandfather broke down crying in the airport as we
arrived in Michigan because "he had the most wonderful time"
and he will never forget it. He also loved your home!

we had a great vacation in Florida, and enjoyed the time in your
wonderful house, and the surrounding areas.
The house fulfilled all our expectations and more, it was
perfectly clean and nice decorated. Our favourite place
was the pool area, the water was perfect in cleanliness and temperature.

Hi Alan and Mary,
Just a quick thank you to let you know that we all thoroughly enjoyed our
stay at Rotonda. We were so impressed with every aspect of the Villa,
whether it be the furnishings, the pool area, the layout whatever. The
time absolutely flew whilst we were there we only wish we had had a
fortnight instead of just a week.
We took advantage of a boat trip at Boca-Grande, The BLT trip from
Bocaboat at Uncle Henrys Marina, it was superb.
We all hope to return for a longer stay next time, I hope you still
have your villa when the time arises for us to revisit, we will be in
touch. Once again thanks for the perfect end to a wonderful 3 week
holiday.

much for letting us stay in your villa at Englewood. We had a
fantastic time and haven't quite come back down to earth yet since
arriving back in England. We have inevitably been spoilt by the
glorious Florida sunshine and the American hospitality.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Rutter,
What a wonderful time we had at your home in South Venice
Florida. We thought we'd died and gone to heaven! We were lucky
weather wise. Temps were running 15 degrees above normal while we were
there. The kids immensely enjoyed the pool. You could find them in the
pool when we were at the house. We did some sight seeing at Myakka
State Park. We were on the out look for alligators. Went to Sanibel
Island to shell and took the ferry from Pine Island to Cayo Casta State
Park where we found some beautiful shells. My son said it best
for all of us. Our vacation wasn't long enough and wished we could stay
longer. We thank-you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a wonderful time in
Englewood, your villa was more than we had hoped for. All
the family had a relaxed holiday, spending alternate days by the pool.
The facilities were exceptional, and made life even easier. The trips
out were good, we went to several sanctuaries and beaches. We had
never seen `shark teeth hunters` before and they were keen to show us
the trophies they had. The restaurants we used were very good, I think
`The Outback` came out at the top of the list, although they all
served huge meals ! Your fox and raccoon came to see us
on several occasions, my Mother in law was really taken
with them, she would have sat up all night looking for them if she
could !
We would have no hesitation in
recommending our friends to contact you.

Sorry for the delay in confirming safe receipt of the security deposit
, and letting you know what a wonderful time we had in your villa.
We found your property to be beautifully maintained and exceptionally
clean when we arrived, congratulations to your management company !
All of my party agreed that you had thought of and catered for our every
need. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked if we wanted to eat in,
and it was very nice to have the use of the gas barbeque.
We will definitely recommend you to our friends, and look forward to
renting from you again in the future.
