Our luxury air conditioned villa is situated in a
quiet residential area of Sarasota
approximately 20 minutes from the beautiful
fine sands of Siesta key Beach. The
villa is well equipped for 6 persons.

player/stereo system.

Full size dining table with 6 chairs, occasional tables,
wall unit. In the kitchen area
you will find a Fridge / Freezer, Dish
washer, Conventional Oven, Microwave,
Toaster, Juicer, Blender, Coffee maker,
Electric Kettle, A complete range
of cookware and utensils and more than
adequate china and glasses. Plastic
ware is provided for the pool area. |

Bedroom
A
Queen sized bed, built in wardrobes
and remote TV leading to an en-suite
bathroom with double shower unit,
washbasin and toilet.

Bedrooms
2 & 3
Twin
beds with built in wardrobes and chests
of drawers. These rooms share
a bathroom consisting of shower, bath,
toilet and washbasin.

The
Pool & Patio area
The
villa also has a large solar heated
and fully caged swimming pool which
looks over a small lake. With
a southerly aspect you have the sun
all day. The lake has an abundance
of wildlife, turtles and fish. The
whole pool is surrounded by a patio
furnished with 6 sun lounger's, a patio
table and 6 chairs and includes a gas
BBQ.
